Refund Policy

DALE Foundation policy generally does not allow for refunds of donations.

Under certain circumstances, however, we may consider refunding a portion or all of your transaction. This may happen if you enter the wrong amount for your donation, if you are inadvertently charged more than once, or if an unforeseen error during processing changes your gift in a way that you did not authorize.
